Fish cakes

We spent today making fish cakes. We started with all the ingredients. It was taken in turns to add and mix them. It was a bit sticky making them into balls and coating them in bed crumbs before pouring them in the oven to bake. Almost everyone ate more than one fish cake. A great idea for lunches maybe. Very easy to make.

Onion bahji

We made onion banjo on Thursday. It smelt delicious. Everyone had a try and more than half the class thought they would like to have it in their lunch. It was a little spicy for a few people but a little longer cooking should fix that.
